About Connie Tklau

Connie Lau is a visual designer and content creator based in Hong Kong, England and other countries in Europe. Her clients and companies are mostly luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. She holds a Master of Arts degree, majoring in English Language and Linguistics, from University of Leicester, and has been educated in Hong Kong, England and Norway. In her spare time, she loves to travel, visit coffee shops and take photos, especially film photos. Getting into coffee as a hobby, she creates a page on Instagram about all the coffee shops she visited. She is also a language enthusiast and has been learning Italian and Norwegian.

Connie has been helping brands and companies to deliver their content strategies by planning and organising editorial and social media lineups. Apart from writing, she also produces or creates graphic contents and visuals for editorials. 

Connie was a Digital Editor of POPLADY, an online fashion and lifestyle magazine and a creative online publishing label. She was responsible for content focusing on fashion, lifestyle and any related issues or hot topics across the globe. She was also an English Copywriter for a leading luxury retailer in Asia – Lane Crawford. She produced fashion, lifestyle and beauty copies for different brands featured online and in-store. 

She has been also working as Senior Graphic Designer,  Communications Strategist, Social Media Specialist, and Digital Marketing Executive for a start-up connecting parents with postnatal professionals, a brand of essential oils headquartered in the US, one of the most influential think tanks in Asia, as well as a top-tier FMCG business.

Her publications include brands of Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Burberry, 3.1 Philip Lim, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, etc.
